A race against time, a doomed Cornish lugger and an artist.

One of a series, mostly sold, painted during a grey February as an experiment, to see how much colour I could find.
A short walk from my then home at Radford Park [Plymstock] is Hooe Lake.

The City Council had decided a number of historic abandoned vessels, wrecks and a swing railway bridge should be demolished.
