We hope you’ll be delighted with your artwork but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please return it within 14 days – we’ll even pay the postage.
To make a return, simply call us on General enquiries text or phone for attention to (France) 0033 6 10 66 19 26 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm) to let us know and we will tell you what you need to do.
We’ll exchange it or refund you… no hassle.

If you have a complaint about a product or service, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue for you as swiftly as possible.
