The RAC has been of no assistance & not responded to my direct message via their website.
Unless you have an account, a policy number, RAC Insurance is in my experience, impossible to contact.
I don’t even have any business with the RAC !
How the RAC are able to raid my bank account remains a mystery, one I’ll pass very soon to the police.
