What is Leadership?
There are to many books and videos on this subject, many misleading.
Most of those about Nelson fail despite frequent references to his leadership, to explain why Nelson was a great leader and how his character was moulded.

The second edition is the best one if you can find it, still one of the best accounts.
My copy was very helpful during my years as ‘Official Artist’ to HMS Victory and I am referring to it now as I prepare a new painting of “Nelson and the Minerve”.
Also insightful for character building and Nelson’s leadership, the new book by Peter Goodwin, “Nelson’s Arctic Voyage’ (ISBN 978-1-4729-5417-6).
