Yo hoe hoe

Yo hoe hoe, Smeaton’s Tower on Plymouth Hoe.   Can you keep a secrets? Especially, don’t tell #mayflower400uk

Yo hoe hoe, Smeaton’s Tower on Plymouth Hoe, as photographed by me a couple of days ago.

Progressing nicely, my “Plymouth Harbour”, after the famous artist Norman Wilkinson

Confirmed, a small but important detail, it appears right in the centre of Norman Wilkinson’s original painting, the largest painting lost with the #Titanic, the appearance of #Smeaton’s Tower 1912;

We know that at various times Smeaton’s Tower was variously painted red and white, white, black and white.

Now we know what colours Mr. Smeaton’s Tower, one of the first really solid lighthouses in the world, was painted in 1912.

Plus …

Scccchhhh please, Plymouth doesn’t know yet.

I WILL paint two Mayflower 400 pictures despite their blindness.

I’ll privately sell them both; poor old Mayflower 400 uk will miss out, more fool them.
