When making payment the woman in question omitted to leave her postal address & phone number when she ordered on the 07.10.14.
The latter is doubly useful, the post office ask for this because we always send registered and insured thus a person available to receive is mandatory and the client is guaranteed delivery.
In this case our customer failed to reply to our emails asking for the info.
Today we sent her via Paypal a complete refund.
I’ve written to Paypal asking them how best to avoid a repeat of this because this is not the first time customers have failed to leave an address and phone number.
In the past customers have (eventually) responded to emails so the outcomes were happy.
