I was asked if I could produce a painting suitable to become a gift from the people of Plymouth for the next president of the USA – Unreal???
Turner and the Sea, an exhibition
The J M W Turner exhibition At the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, London, is quite small considering the output and reputation of WMJ Turner.
It was skilfully arranged, a nice touch was to resist showing only Turner’s work and include some of his rivals, on of John Constable’s ‘Brighton Chain Pier’ being an example, for comparison.
To London for 'Picturesque Wine Villages of Bordeaux' & Turner & the Sea ?
My trip to London was tiring and at times tiresome, at times brill to excellent.
5 paintings from project ‘Picturesque Wine Villages of Bordeaux‘ as per my client’s command I took to Kingston, London to be recorded by his renowned photographer Tony Barrett and planned to see “Turner & the Sea” an exhibition at the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich.
