Salcombe Yacht Club Exhibition

At the invitation of Catherine Gillen of The Brownstone Gallery, Modbury two of my paintings have gone on display at the Salcombe Yacht Club for Salcombe Regatta Week.  With_Cath_Gillen_at_SYC_IMG_4200_wp.JPG

The pictures form part of a general exhibition of marine paintings offered by the Brownstone galley of Modbury to be initially shown at the Salcombe Yacht Club.  Salcombe_YC_IMG_4208_wp.JPG

By the way, not on display, the Brownstone Gallery has some of the original sketches made of Ben Ainslie when I painted him for the British Olympic Association, veeery collectable and not expensive, with good luck you could own one.

Ask Catherine for details and a viewing?

This sort of landscape painting is attractively priced at about £850.00 so besides the pleasure of ownership the pictures are an excellent investment.

I shifted my base over the week end from Crowbourgh via a brief visit to Portsmouth onto Oreston Quay at Plymouth.  Oreston_Quay_IMG_4193_wp.JPG

This makes access to the Brownstone gallery and Salcombe easy and will allow me to work in Plymouth for the remainder of my stay in England.

Tasks will include a meeting with Pete Goss to design a new painting and creating a new print to make a pair with the renowned and best selling “I have urgent dispatches“.

Kore about that soon…
