The soft and gentle colours of a misty summer morning, painted on location, typical of the plain of Gaillac and Albi before the sun burns through to produce yet another hot day.
Viewed from the D988, Gaillac to Albi road, this small bastide village is the nearest to Albi and easily seen by day and at night its church being floodlit, and is noted for its wines and restaurants.
By Gordon Frickers 15¾"x19¾" (400x500mm), oils, Price of the original £750.00
