I spend much time searching for suitable subjects when on tour and have very specific criteria.
This site was found on a wet warm day after massive, brief Pyrenean thunderstorms, typical of the region in summer, had passed through.
This painting was produced on location in 2 sittings and is full of possibilities so will be cloned in the studio for variations. See further reading below for an introduction.
