Price Adjustments
The price for the products will be as stipulated at the time that the customer places the order. Gordon Frickers Marketing is entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on the website is wrong, We will inform the customer of the correct price before a contract has been entered into. If a contract has been entered into or the goods have already been delivered, Gordon Frickers Marketing agrees to supply the goods at the published price.

All prices on Gordon Frickers Marketing website are priced in £GBP (UK Pounds Sterling) and are inclusive of UK tax but exclusive of delivery and insurance charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing the order. Unless agreed otherwise by Gordon Frickers Marketing in writing or by e-mail, the exchange rate and therefore the selling price including postage and delivery in any other currency is set by the "Electronic Payments Provider" and by the buyer's card company. This may include an additional exchange rate fee. Buyers should note that Gordon Frickers Marketing has no control over exchange rates or any subsequent additional charges and can not be held liable for changes or fluctuations in selling prices caused by same.

Claims Limitation
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone on General enquiries text or phone for attention to (UK) 07880 806094 (International: +44 7880 806094) or email us at customer care customercare@frickers.co.uk to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay any reasonable costs in returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Procedure
Under the EU Distance Selling Directive as incorporated into the Sales of Goods Act, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason and return it to us. Under the distance selling regulations, this is limited to 14 days, the goods must be undamaged and unmarked, and the goods must be returned in their original packing.

To return any item, phone us on General enquiries text or phone for attention to (UK) 07880 806094 (International: +44 7880 806094) or send an e-mail to customercare@frickers.co.uk or write to us, quoting your order reference number. Any costs incurred in returning the item will be undertaken by Gordon Frickers Marketing. We will refund within 30 days of your cancellation. Please note your statutory rights are not affected.

Rejection of Electronic Payment Instructions
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to accept or place an Electronic Payment Instruction: if we consider it appropriate to first obtain further information, confirmation or instructions from you or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your debit card or credit card, for payment of all or any part of the amount instructed; or where we or our agents are prevented due to a Service Disruption Event from transmitting or otherwise administering the Electronic Payment Instruction; or where we have reason to believe the Electronic Payment Instruction was not received from you or is for an illegal or unauthorised transaction.

Once made by you, an Electronic Payment Instruction is irrevocable. It is your responsibility to ensure all transaction details are correct before sending an Electronic Payment Instruction. Immediately before transmission of an Electronic Payment Instruction, you will be presented with the details for confirmation and at that point will have the opportunity to cancel the instruction. When we have received your Electronic Payment Instruction, we will send you a Confirmation. Once a Confirmation has been received, you will not be able to change or withdraw the Electronic Payment Instruction. You should not assume your Electronic Payment Instruction has been received and accepted until you receive a Confirmation. Gordon Frickers Marketing will issue a reference number for every Electronic Payment Instruction and you will need to quote this number for any queries you may have in connection with an Electronic Payment Instruction.
