The transfer to Itzac was safely accomplished, a relatively easy drive of 11 hours in fine weather after 2 nights at the farm near Mont St Micheal to collect art supplies…

A very remarkable painting, “The Chilean National Frigate FF Almirante Condell departing Portsmouth, 2008” can now be added to our web site frickers.co.uk in our Marine gallery under Warships.

This marine painting is also a wonderful form of sales consolidation for the BAE Systems Surface Fleet Solutions (Operations) Limited / Ministry of Defence team who sold and refitted this frigate to Chilean requirements.

Left Falmouth this morning and drove via Truro and Bodmin to Plymouth.

Good and bad news, in Plymouth I was able to access my emails but learnt my No 2 computer is no more, it has computed its last err, probable cause voltage fluctuations while in France. It seems the solution, a regulator, will cost some £200.00

Slightly better, I was able to collect the French landscapes I’d left with Adrian for some gallery directors to view. (more…)
